He is a court-appointed expert witness, mediator and forensic examiner with extensive testimony in jury and non-jury proceedings in Federal, Circuit, District, and Bankruptcy Court in Michigan and other states, and the Michigan Tax Tribunal. Patrick Dunleavy is a Commercial Panel member of the American Arbitration Association. He has extensive consulting and case strategy experience including analysis of settlement structures.
